About Us

Jewellery Retail, Connected

JEMiSys Smart Cart is a digital jewellery storefront designed to extend the JEMiSys retail experience online.

More than just an e-commerce website, Smart Cart connects your online store with your JEMiSys retail ecosystem — helping jewellery businesses bring their products, pricing and inventory closer to customers across both online and physical stores.

From Storefront to Smart Cart

Your physical store and online store shouldn't operate separately.

With JEMiSys Smart Cart, jewellery information maintained within the JEMiSys ecosystem can be connected to your online storefront, creating a more seamless experience between your day-to-day retail operations and your customers' online journey.

This means customers can discover your jewellery online while your business continues to manage its retail operations through JEMiSys.

A Digital Showroom for Your Jewellery

Not every jewellery purchase starts — or ends — online.

Smart Cart gives customers the freedom to browse collections, explore product details, check availability and discover pieces before deciding how they would like to purchase.

They can shop online or use Smart Cart as a digital showroom before visiting your physical store.

Built for Jewellery Retail

JEMiSys Smart Cart is designed around the way jewellery businesses operate, supporting experiences such as:

Connected Product Catalogue — Showcase your jewellery collections online.
POS-Connected Pricing — Keep online gold pricing aligned with your physical retail operations.
Inventory Visibility — Show product availability across participating outlets.
Online-to-Store Journey — Let customers discover or reserve jewellery online before visiting a store.
Campaigns & Collections — Launch festive promotions, new collections and special campaigns through your own branded storefront.
Your Brand, Your Customer — Build your own digital presence instead of relying solely on third-party marketplaces.

One Jewellery Business. Online & In-Store.

JEMiSys Smart Cart brings together the convenience of online discovery and the trust of the physical jewellery store.
